How far in advance should we book?
Summer weekends fill up quickly, so the earlier the better — but we do take short-notice bookings when we have the dates free.
Do you visit the site first?
Yes. Every final quote follows a site visit (or a video call for straightforward gardens) so we can check access, ground and anchoring.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based near London and cover events within 150 miles — that's most of the South East, London and beyond. Delivery is included in every estimate.
What happens if it rains?
Stretch tents are fully waterproof, and we can add clear wall panels, guttering between joined tents and heaters for colder months.
